Introducing Marcelo Wong to San Diego
Our marketing strategy didn't go fully into social media, it came from using our connections with art collectors in San Diego. Attending multiple workshops and museum events, we were able to successfully invite over 100s of individual art lovers and earning over $80,000 with a percentage of proceeds going to non-profit organizations.
My goal was to make RSVP and knowledge of the event as simple as possible. With my knowledge in Framer, we were able to create a website that showcases Marcelo's art for sale but also allow individuals to RSVP right away.
Contents for this section will be loaded once I receive approval to share the images from Marcelo. However, it was a very successful event and it was shared on his Instagram for over 100,000 individuals to view and see. We are hoping to host another event in 2026 at a Los Angeles location soon.
